Michael Brooks, Technical Services Manager.
Mike is a native of Cary, NC. He graduated from NC State (Go Wolfpack), with a major in Horticulture. Mikes' experience includes working for MacGregor golf course, as well as, other prominent Cary properties.
Lena Hurst, Accounting.
Lena enjoys getting out and seeing the beautiful properties that the company maintains. Lena is a former Montessori teacher who believes children are capable of handling even more freedom and responsibility than the Montessori model allows. Her passions include home improvement projects, architecture, gardening, landscaping, raw food, homeschooling, baking, traveling, finances, dog training, volunteering and helping people, environmental stewardship, mountain biking, hiking, camping and all outdoor activities.
Jason Daughenbaugh, Founder and President
In 2003, Jason saw the merits of providing his clients a full-circle solution in managing their respective sites' environmental responsibilities through the use of landscape and lake management, rainwater harvesting, bio-retention, and on-site waste management.
Jason began to design and install many diverse systems in the Triangle area of North Carolina. To date, Jason and his staff have designed, installed, and maintained numerous systems offering total environmental sustainability. Jason has studied many different processes of septic treatment, rainwater harvesting, and bio-retention methods being designed and utilized throughout different regions of the United States, as well as in New Zealand, Japan, Peru, and Mexico. In addition to his work, he is also involved in organic gardening and farming at his home in Chatham County. Jason believes that there are many sound ecological reasons for combining the methods of effective agriculture, landscaping, bio-retention, and on-site waste to preserve the quality of our planet's most precious resource...water.




Giuliano Tenorio, Small Projects Supervisor.
Giuliano is a native of Peru and has a degree in Economics and Business Administration. Working for Green Level Landscaping since 2006, Giuliano has been in charge of landscape maintenance services, and provides outstanding landscape maintenance to customers, including many homeowner associations, estate properties, commercial sites, and residential properties. The combined experience that Giuliano and his crew have allows them to reach their goal of "complete customer satisfaction."

Pam Porter, Technical Projects Manager.
Pam graduated cum laude in 2006 from the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Foresty in Syracuse, NY with a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture and a Minor in Urban Environmental Science. In March of 2009, Pam became a LEED Accredited Professional. Her professional interests include urban forestry, urban revitalization, and sustainable design. At Cary Turf, her responsibilities include estimating and researching LEED projects, as well as various marketing efforts.
