Office Manager (Part-Time)

Requirements
High school graduate, preferably possessing a two-year or four-year degree.  Experience with Quickbooks, Outlook, Excel, and Word is required.  This position will require exceptional organizational skills, the ability to communicate with current and potential clients, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to work without direct supervision.  Experience with HTML or FrontPage and PowerPoint is helpful, but not required. 
 
Description
Provide direct administration support to the owner, as well as occasional support for landscaping/maintenance crew foreman and members.  Directly responsible for ensuring accounts receivables, payables, and taxes are kept current as well as ensuring all personnel and customer files are kept current.  This position will require working directly for and reporting to the owner on a daily basis  The office atmosphere is very quiet, clean, casual, and comfortable.
 
Salary and Benefits
This is a part-time, year-round position, working weekdays from 9 AM until 3 PM (flexible for the right candidate).  Pay is dependant upon skill level and previous work experience.  Office location is in Cary, near Davis Drive.

This is the opportunity for a person who is looking for involvement in a small, yet growing company.  In the near future, this position could ultimately turn into a full-time position with additional benefits (Vacation, 401K, bonuses).
